Radiology Technologist Job Details

• Location: Bettendorf, IA (Quad Cities market; travel to Rock Island, IL and Moline, IL as needed)
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital Radiology Department
• Assignment Type: Travel Radiology Technologist Job
• Start Date: December 29, 2025
• End Date: March 30, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• On Call: 2 weeknights per week (1700-0700), 48 hours every 4th weekend
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1850 - $1990

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of X-Ray technologist experience, including c-arm proficiency for surgical cases
• At least 1 completed travel healthcare assignment
• ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required
• Illinois state radiology license required
• Ability to float between Bettendorf, Rock Island, and Moline hospital campuses
• Taxable address must be at least 50 miles from facility
• Submission of work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), license verification, required certifications, and 1 supervisory reference

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Operate c-arm in the Operating Room for surgical radiology cases
• Perform general X-ray procedures outside the OR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Float to other Quad Cities hospital campuses (Rock Island, Moline) as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
• Participate in on-call rotations and holiday coverage
