Unit Information

• Shifts & Staffing:

  • Day Shift: 1 CNC, 7-9 RNs, 7-9 CSTs, 4-5 FAs, 3-4 OR Aides, 2 Anesthesia Techs
  • Night Shift: Call teams
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Equipment Used:

  • Stryker towers
  • Robotic towers
  • Neptune suctioning systems
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

• Orthopedic

• Gynecology (GYN)

Required Skills & Certifications

• Must Have:

  • Experience in Orthopedic, General Surgery, Gynecology
• Preferred:

  • Urology / Cystoscopy experience
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Licenses:

  • Registered Nurse License

Scheduling & Call

• Call Schedule:

  • Cardiovascular (CV) call: One week at a time, every other to every third week depending on staffing
  • General Surgery call: Approximately 6 calls per 4 weeks, including at least 2 weekend shifts; remaining calls are weeknights

Contract Length

• Duration: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
