• Start Date: 12/29/2025 or 1/5/2026
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days
• Hours per Week: 40 (36 guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,025 - $2,250

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Home Health RN
• Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB documentation systems
• Active RN license in Indiana
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Home Health RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Richmond, Indiana
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care using OASIS and HCHB systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and preventive health practices
• Travel locally to patient residences within the Richmond, IN area
