Radiology Technologist Job Details

• Location: Harrisburg, PA 17109 (Central Pennsylvania radiology jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Inpatient Diagnostic Radiology
• Employment Type: Travel Contract
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (January 19, 2026 – April 19, 2026)
• Shift: 2nd shift, 3pm–11pm, Monday–Friday
• Shift Length: 8-hour evening shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Call: Once weekly
• Weekend Coverage: 1–2 weekends during assignment
• Holiday Shifts: Not required
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,030 - $2,190

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

• Active Radiology Technologist certification (ARRT or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Radiology Technologist
• Clinical proficiency in one or more modalities: Vascular, MRI, CT, Dexa, Diagnostic imaging
• Ability to work evening shifts and participate in on-call rotation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures in multiple modalities
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all radiology procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver accurate imaging results
• Maintain radiology equipment and adhere to safety protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide occasional weekend coverage
• Accurately document imaging procedures and patient information
