Registered Nurse Job Details

• Healthcare Setting: Medical Surgical Telemetry (Float Pool)

• Nursing Shift: 12 Hour Nights

• Pay Rate: $83.70 per hour

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in medical surgical or telemetry units
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License (RN license must be current at time of application)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Ability to work 48 hours per week, including every other weekend and holiday
• Flu immunization required (medical exemptions accepted)
• Professional appearance; clean scrubs of any color permitted

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Float between Medical Surgical and Telemetry units to provide clinical support
• Deliver high-quality patient care and continuously monitor patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic health records
• Respond promptly to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
