RN Job Details – Medical Surgical Telemetry Float Pool

• Location: Flemington, NJ 08822 (New Jersey nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST) Unit
• Employment Type: Local, Per Diem Registered Nurse
• Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts
• Minimum Commitment: 2 shifts per month
• Hourly Pay Rate: $81.84
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $660 - $690
• Scrub Policy: Any color scrubs (must be clean and neat)
• Flu Immunization: Mandatory (medical exemptions accepted with documentation)
• Cancellation Policy: 2-hour notice

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
• Active New Jersey RN License (required at time of application)
• BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and NIHSS (Stroke Scale) certifications required

RN Responsibilities – Medical Surgical Telemetry Float Pool

• Float between Medical Surgical and Telemetry units to deliver high-quality patient care
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document nursing care accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and provide appropriate clinical interventions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional healthcare environment
