Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Home Health RN
• Proficient with OASIS and HCHB documentation systems
• Current Alabama RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Home Health RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Decatur, Alabama
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Document patient care using OASIS and HCHB systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
• Travel locally within Decatur, AL to deliver home health services
