• Facility Setting: Critical Access Hospital
• Start Date: January 4, 2026
• End Date: April 5, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, 4x10-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1980 - $2130
• Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Charting System: Cerner

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech)
• Active ARRT (R) certification required
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross only)
• Current Illinois Radiologic Technologist license (must be in hand at submission)
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred
• Ability to float within the hospital and to affiliate hospitals as needed
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Must be able to work 2 out of 3 major holidays during the contract

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, CT, MRI, and vascular studies
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure high-quality diagnostic images
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required
• Maintain radiation safety and infection prevention protocols
• Provide bedside and portable imaging services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver excellent patient care
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in the Cerner system
• Float to other units or affiliate hospitals as needed
