Radiology Technologist Job Details

• Location: York, Pennsylvania (Zip: 17403) – Pennsylvania healthcare jobs
• Setting: Cardiac Cath Electrophysiology Lab
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 1/19/2026 – End: 4/20/2026)
• Shift: Day shifts, 4x10-hour (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM), weekends as needed
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2410 - $2580 per week
• Type: Travel Radiology Technologist Contract

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech), preferably in invasive cardiology or electrophysiology lab
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or ARC only)
• EPIC charting experience required
• Ability to work weekends as needed and stay until the last patient is cared for
• Must complete pre-start modules (5-6 hours)
• Ability to float to other clinical units as needed
• Comfortable caring for COVID patients if required

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Assist with invasive cardiac procedures including ablations, pacemaker/ICD implantation, and vascular interventions
• Set up and operate radiology equipment in the electrophysiology lab
• Monitor and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
• Perform EKG lead placement, baseline measurements, and arrhythmia induction
• Maintain sterile field and scrub for cardiac procedures
• Accurately document procedures and patient information using EPIC
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Support patient preparation and recovery in a fast-paced clinical environment
