• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Qualifications – OR Tech / Surgical Technologist

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Operating Room Technician, OR Tech, or Scrub Tech in a hospital setting
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Ability to take on-call shifts as required
• Commitment to quarterly department education and training sessions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities – Operating Room Technician

• Assist surgeons and the surgical team during procedures as a scrub tech
• Prepare and maintain sterile operating room environments
• Set up and manage surgical instruments and equipment before procedures
• Ensure proper handling, care, and sterilization of surgical instruments
• Support patient safety and enforce infection control protocols
• Participate in ongoing department education and healthcare training
