• Assignment Type: Travel Surgical Technician

• End Date: March 20, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 3x12 hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Call: 2-3 weekday (M-F) overnight calls (7:30 PM – 7:00 AM) and 2x12 hour calls (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Weekly Hours: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1420 - $1530 per week

Qualifications for OR Tech Jobs

• Certified Surgical Technician (CST) credential required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an Operating Room Technician or Surgical Technologist
• Valid Driver's License or State ID
• Completion of all required health screenings and immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Physical/Health Statement)
• Successful background checks and competency exams
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

• Assist surgeons and operating room staff during surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment
• Set up surgical instruments and equipment before procedures
• Handle and care for surgical specimens according to protocols
• Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical supplies
