• Location: Flemington, NJ 08822 (New Jersey healthcare jobs)
• Facility Setting: Medical Surgical Telemetry Float Pool
• Contract Length: 13-week nursing contract
• Hours: 48 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Start Date: January 13, 2026
• Schedule: Includes every other weekend and holiday
• Hourly Pay Rate: $83.70

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN License (required for NJ nursing jobs)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in medical surgical or telemetry units
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (must be current)
• Flu immunization required unless valid medical exemption provided
• Ability to float between multiple hospital units
• Professional appearance; clean scrubs (any color allowed)

RN Responsibilities – Medical Surgical Telemetry

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in medical surgical and telemetry units
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and perform clinical treatments per hospital protocols
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements
