 </li><li>Ability to float to other hospital units as needed
 </li><li>Travel nurses must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
 </li><li>Strong communication and critical thinking skills

<h2>PCU Nurse Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Provide direct patient care to Progressive Care Unit patients following established nursing protocols
 </li><li>Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment in the PCU
 </li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
 </li><li>Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
 </li><li>Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions
 </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation using MEDHOST EMR
 </li><li>Float to other hospital units as needed to support patient care
