 <li>Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
 </li><li>Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
 </li><li>Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
 </li><li>Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
 </li><li>Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions
 </li><li>Float to other hospital units as needed to support patient care
 </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation using MEDHOST EMR system
