 </li><li>Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
 </li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
 </li><li>Administer prescribed medications and treatments
 </li><li>Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
 </li><li>Float to other nursing units as needed
 </li><li>Participate in rotating holiday and weekend coverage
