Travel Nurse Job Details

• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Location: Fayetteville, AR 72704
• Start Date: January 12, 2026
• End Date: April 13, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 4x10 hour day shifts (Tuesday – Friday, 6:00am – 4:30pm)
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Arkansas or compact state
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an Operating Room RN, including Ortho, Plastics, and OB/GYN cases
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care in the operating room
• Prepare for and respond to patient needs before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Ensure surgical supplies and equipment are available and ready for use
• Maintain clear communication with patients' families and the surgical team
• Update physician preference cards and assist with scrubbing and circulating duties as needed
• Supervise and support personnel providing clinical support in the OR
• Comply with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and hospital policies and procedures
