Key Job Details – OR RN Travel Assignment

• Location: Martinsburg, West Virginia 25401
• Healthcare Setting: Acute Care Hospital – Main Operating Room
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: January 12, 2026 – End: April 13, 2026)
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour days (7:00am – 7:30pm), Friday/Saturday/Sunday
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Scrubs: Provided
• Charting System: EPIC

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (willing to wait for license submission)
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 2-3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
• At least 2-3 previous travel nursing assignments preferred
• Ortho/Neuro surgical experience preferred
• Ability to float to outpatient surgery center as needed
• Must reside at least 50 miles from facility

OR RN Responsibilities

• Circulate and assist in a variety of surgical procedures (excluding open heart)
• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care in the operating room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EPIC
• Participate in holiday call rotation as needed
• Float to outpatient surgery center as required
• Support room turnover and maintain a sterile surgical environment
• Complete floor-specific orientation (3 shifts)
