• Nursing Shift: 12-hour Day Shifts, Monday–Friday

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• On-Call: Required (pager provided)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year recent Operating Room RN experience
• BLS certification required
• Ability to take on-call shifts as scheduled
• Willingness to attend quarterly department education sessions
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills

Operating Room RN Responsibilities

• Serve as circulator in the Operating Room, coordinating patient care during preoperative and postoperative phases
• Act as patient advocate, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the surgical experience
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
• Participate in department education and training sessions
• Respond to on-call needs as scheduled
