Ohio Nursing Job Details

• Location: Warrensville Heights, OH 44122 (Greater Cleveland area)
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry (6Med)
• Start Date: January 30, 2026
• End Date: May 1, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night, 12-hour shifts (19:00 – 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Holiday Coverage: Must work at least every other holiday

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license (required at time of submission)
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
• One supervisory reference in Med/Surg Telemetry (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting and badging onsite prior to start date
• Ability to work every other holiday as scheduled

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients on a busy Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond to changes in patient condition and implement interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care in compliance with hospital and regulatory policies
• Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training, including required assessments
• Maintain compliance with all hospital and healthcare regulations
