• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing
• Start Date: January 12, 2026
• End Date: April 14, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Options: 8-hour shifts (5x8 or 4x10 hour shifts preferred)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Call Requirement: Minimum 7 days of call per month

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license (Pennsylvania preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Proficient in cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile technique
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to participate in scheduled on-call rotation

CVOR Nurse Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of cardiovascular operating room procedures: pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care
• Maintain strict sterile environment and follow infection control protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient status and respond to intraoperative changes
• Accurately document patient care activities in the EMR
• Participate in the on-call rotation as required
