Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – eligible for New Hampshire nursing jobs
Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
Required certifications:
- BLS – Basic Life Support
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical and clinical environment

Operating Room RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients during surgical procedures in the operating room
Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
Ensure and maintain a sterile surgical environment before, during, and after procedures
Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
Accurately document all aspects of patient care and clinical support
Provide patient and family education as needed
