- Start Date: January 19, 2026

- Shifts: Rotating 12-hour shifts (Day: 7:00am–7:00pm, Night: 7:00pm–7:00am), 3 shifts per week
- Hours per Week: 36
- On-Site Position
ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or compact state (required at time of application)
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
- Transplant or liver care experience highly preferred
- EPIC charting experience required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Ability to float to other units within scope as needed
- Two professional nursing references required
- Compliance with facility policies, including natural nail policy
- Completion of orientation modules during first week
ICU RN Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Comprehensive Liver Care ICU
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those undergoing liver transplants
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize EPIC for accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Float to other critical care units as needed
- Participate in orientation and complete all required modules
- Maintain compliance with all hospital and healthcare facility policies and procedures
