Unit Profile

• Floor: 6A Telemetry/PCU
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Patient Ratios:

  • Progressive Care Unit (PCU): 1:4
  • Telemetry: 1:6 (1:5 if blended)
• EHR System: Meditech

Required Certifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• HWC (Healthcare Worker Certification)
• NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Experience Requirements

• Years of Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
• Must Have Skills/Experience:

  • PCU and Telemetry experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience:

  • 2+ years of Med/Surg experience

Patient Population

• Serves all ages, including geriatric and adult patients.

• Float Requirements: May require travel within a 25-mile radius of the facility
