• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Shift Type: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week (72 guaranteed hours biweekly)

Qualifications – Registered Nurse Manager Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• CGRN certification preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in nurse manager or healthcare leadership roles
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience with Kronos (payroll), Workday (employee management), and Laborlytics (budgeting) preferred
• Endoscopy nursing experience highly preferred
• Must pass EKG and medication competency tests (study materials provided; 85% or higher required)
• Must be separated from facility for at least 6 months
• Travel nursing experience preferred
