- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Shift Type: 8-hour day shifts
- Hours: 40 hours per week (72 guaranteed hours biweekly)

Qualifications – Registered Nurse Manager Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- CGRN certification preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in nurse manager or healthcare leadership roles
- Epic EMR experience required
- Experience with Kronos (payroll), Workday (employee management), and Laborlytics (budgeting) preferred
- Endoscopy nursing experience highly preferred
- Must pass EKG and medication competency tests (study materials provided; 85% or higher required)
- Must be separated from facility for at least 6 months
- Travel nursing experience preferred
