• Unit: 3 West Tower – Medical Surgical Telemetry
• Start Date: January 18, 2026
• End Date: March 8, 2026
• Contract Duration: 7 weeks
• Shift: Night shifts, 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing
• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state RN license
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• All nursing certifications must be active at time of application

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ECGs, and vital signs
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Document all patient care activities in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Provide compassionate education and support to patients and their families
• Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
