Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Warrensville Heights, Ohio (44122) – Greater Cleveland area
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry Unit
• Job Type: Travel RN Contract
• Start Date: January 30, 2026
• End Date: May 1, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Holiday Coverage: Must work at least every other holiday

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license
• Current American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certifications
• Supervisory reference in Med/Surg Telemetry (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in orientation and required clinical assessments
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
