Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:30am)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
Active Ohio RN license or valid Compact State RN license
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications
One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Telemetry
Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
Monitor and interpret telemetry data; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Provide patient education and support to patients and families
Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
