RN Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry nursing setting
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license (RN license must be in hand at time of application)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Flu immunization required unless a valid medical exemption with supporting documentation is provided

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in medical-surgical and telemetry units
• Float between hospital units to support patient care and clinical staffing needs
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress in accordance with healthcare protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments following clinical guidelines
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, discharge planning, and post-hospital care
