Travel Mammography Technologist Job Details

Assignment Type: Travel healthcare job
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81601
Estimated Weekly Salary: $2260 - $2430
Start Date: February 24, 2026
End Date: July 14, 2026
Duration: 20 weeks
Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts per week (Tuesday – Friday)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
No on-call required

Mammography Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mammography Technologist or Rad Tech
Valid ARRT (R)(M) certification
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (must have card in hand before start date)
Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
Experience with stereo and needle localization preferred
DEXA scan experience is a plus
Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

Perform mammography procedures according to clinical standards and healthcare regulations
Operate mammography equipment and ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with organizational policies
Support increased patient volume and assist in multiple mammography rooms
Utilize expertise in stereo and needle localization as needed
Foster a positive and supportive work environment
