Job Opportunity: Radiology Technologist

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications & Credentials

• License:
  Must have a valid permanent license as a Radiology Technologist. Temporary licenses are NOT accepted. Primary source verification of professional license/certification required within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration.

• Certifications:
  ARRT certification required.

• Health Requirements:

  • COVID-19 vaccine series preferred but not required (medical or religious exemptions accepted).
  • Positive MMR titers within the last 15 years required; booster protocol applies if low titer.
  • Positive Varicella titers within the last 15 years required; booster protocol applies if low titer.
  • Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years (no declinations accepted).
  • Hepatitis B: Proof of full series, partial series with signed declination, or positive titers within 15 years accepted.
  • Influenza vaccine required during flu season (October–March); declination requires mask-wearing and completion of specific forms.
  • 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test with negative results within last 6 months; annual requirement. If positive, clear chest X-ray and current TB questionnaire required.
  • Fit test for N95 respirators completed within 1 year prior to start; updated annually.

• Physical Exam:
  Pre-employment physical exam within one year of start date confirming ability to work without restrictions.

Background & Verification Requirements

• Criminal background check within 6 months of start, including Social Security trace, county searches (last 7 years), national sex offender registry, and national criminal sweep.
• OIG exclusion check within 6 months prior to start.
• SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening within 6 months prior to start.
• Ohio fingerprinting and FBI background checks as applicable based on residency duration in Ohio. Attestation allowed if fingerprints pending, with follow-up required.
