• Facility Setting: Acute Care, Cardiac Cath Lab (3 Cath Labs)
• Assignment Type: Travel EP Technologist job
• Start Date: February 9, 2026
• End Date: May 11, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days
• Shift: 8-hour days (8:00am – 4:30pm), with call 1-2 times per week and every 4th weekend; late team coverage as needed
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2710 - $2920

EP Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an EP Technologist in electrophysiology lab or cardiac cath lab
• Experience with vascular, coronary, and device implant procedures preferred
• Proficient in sterile technique for clinical support
• Active BLS certification (AHA required)
• Willingness to obtain MN Net Study within first two weeks of assignment
• RCIS or RCES certification preferred
• Ability to float to cath lab as needed is highly preferred

EP Technologist Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with electrophysiology procedures, including flutter ablations and a-fib ablations
• Support heart cath procedures, peripheral interventions, pacemaker implants, and device monitoring
• Monitor patient vitals and perform charting using Epic EMR
• Operate advanced equipment: MacLab, ACIST injector, CSI, Laser, Shockwave, balloon pumps, temp pacemakers, Impellas, Carto, RF, and Cryoablations
• Maintain high standards of sterile technique throughout all procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation and late team coverage as scheduled
