Description

Job Opportunity: X-Ray Technician (Travel)

Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Employment Type: Clinical - Allied - Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines
Maintain all equipment for procedures, ensuring safety and patient comfort
Monitor need for procedure revisions and coordinate daily imaging procedures
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience: 3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician (higher end of 1-3 years specified)
Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care
Current knowledge of trends and advances in clinical practice, healthcare informatics, and new developments in hardware and software technology
Strong initiative, problem identification, resolution, and analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School
NJ State RT License
ARRT Certification
BLS Certification
