Radiology Technologist Job Details

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (15224) – Pennsylvania healthcare jobs
Setting: Radiology Diagnostic Unit
Assignment Type: Travel Radiology Technologist

End Date: May 10, 2026
Duration: 13-week travel healthcare contract
Hours per Week: 40
Shift: Rotating 10-hour shifts, every other weekend, plus call requirements (details discussed during interview)
Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,030 - $2,190 per week

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
Valid Radiologic Technologist certification (ARRT preferred)
Experience in one or more modalities: Vascular, MRI, CT, Dexa, Diagnostic Imaging
Ability to work rotating shifts and fulfill call requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures (CT, MRI, Dexa, Vascular, and general radiology)
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all imaging procedures
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver accurate imaging results
Maintain and operate radiology equipment according to established healthcare protocols
Document procedures and patient information accurately in the medical record
Participate in rotating shifts, weekend coverage, and on-call duties as scheduled
