Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (hospice or homecare nursing experience preferred)
Ability to travel between patient homes in the field
Strong independent work skills and reliability
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Homecare RN Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hospice care and clinical support to patients in their homes, focusing on comfort and quality of life
Conduct scheduled daily visits and respond to urgent patient needs throughout the day
Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive support for patients and families
Educate patients and families on care processes, symptom management, and available resources
Accurately document all nursing care activities and patient interactions
