Radiology Technologist Job Details
- Location: Hartford, CT 06106 (Connecticut radiology jobs)
- Facility Type: Level 1 Trauma Center – Radiology/General Unit
- Employment Type: Travel healthcare contract
- Start Date: February 9, 2026
- End Date: May 10, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day Shift, 4x10 hour shifts (7:00am – 5:30pm)
- Weekend/Holiday: Every third weekend rotation and holidays as needed
- Hours per Week: 40
- No On-Call Required
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,380 - $2,550
Radiology Technologist Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
- Experience in the Operating Room (OR) with multiple specialties
- Valid Radiologic Technologist certification (ARRT preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced trauma and healthcare environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Radiology Technologist Responsibilities
- Perform general radiology procedures in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Assist surgical teams in the OR across multiple specialties
- Deliver high-quality imaging and ensure patient safety
- Maintain accurate healthcare records and documentation
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical support staff
