Radiology Technologist Job Details

• Location: Bristol, CT 06010
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 01/16/2026 – End: 04/17/2026)
• Healthcare Setting: Acute Care Hospital
• Shifts: 8-hour shifts; 1st and 2nd shift available
• Hours: 40 hours per week, guaranteed
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend; holidays rotate with permanent staff
• Dress Code: Purple tops, eggplant pants (scrubs not provided)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,030 - $2,190

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in each radiology modality: General, OR, Fluoroscopy, Portables, MRI, CT, Dexa, Diagnostic, Vascular
• Valid ARRT Certification
• Active BLS Certification
• Connecticut State Radiology License
• COVID vaccination (3 shots required)
• Previous travel healthcare experience preferred

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diverse imaging studies including general radiology, OR, fluoroscopy, and portable exams
• Operate and maintain advanced equipment from GE, Phillips, and Siemens
• Document and manage images using Meditech EMR and Intellispace PACS
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Adapt quickly to department protocols and workflow during orientation and training
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
