• Duration: 13-week contract
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 06:30 – 17:00, four days per week (Tuesday – Friday), plus equitable call rotation (weekdays & weekends)
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,520 - $1,640

Surgical Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operating Room Surgical Technologist (Ortho experience required)
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Current CPR certification
• Proven clinical competence in surgical technical skills, sterile processing, endoscopy, and materials management

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures in the operating room
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain superior sterile technique and communicate any breaks in aseptic practice
• Prepare the operating room with necessary equipment prior to procedures
• Safely operate electro-surgical, diagnostic, video, and specialty equipment
• Demonstrate competency in sterile processing, endoscopy, and materials management
