Operating Room RN (OR Nurse) Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state license or compact where applicable) with ability to complete Nursys verification
• RN Surgery certification (preferred)
• Ability to meet onboarding and compliance requirements (may include background check, drug screen, color vision screening, immunization/health documentation, and competency testing as required)

Perioperative RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in alignment with facility policies and unit standards
• Support assigned service lines, which may include thoracic surgery, surgical pathology, pediatric OR, and pediatric PACU
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays, and respond appropriately when called in
