• Location: Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130
• Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Job Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Start Date: February 15, 2026
• End Date: May 16, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6:45pm – 7:15am), every other weekend
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient acute care RN experience (ICU nursing experience preferred)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN)

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments in accordance with ICU protocols
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Monitor and document patient responses to clinical interventions and treatments
• Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization and at discharge
• Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed personnel, serving as a mentor and preceptor to new staff
• Promote teamwork and participate in quality, safety, and service improvement initiatives within the ICU
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in Practice Governance model
