Shift: Evening, 11am – 11pm (12-hour shifts, every other weekend required)
On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Labor & Delivery RN
Experience in high-volume facilities (1,000+ deliveries/year) and high-risk labor & delivery cases
Active Registered Nurse license (RN license required for Massachusetts)
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring
Ability to circulate during deliveries (scrubbing experience optional)
Willingness to pick up on-call shifts is a plus (not required); must live within 30 minutes of the hospital for on-call eligibility

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

Deliver expert nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a fast-paced clinical setting
Circulate during deliveries and assist with high-risk obstetric cases
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient care
Monitor fetal and maternal status using advanced fetal monitoring techniques
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Support patients and families throughout the labor and delivery process
