Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Methuen, MA 01844 (Massachusetts nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry Unit
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Contract
• Contract Duration: 12 weeks (Start: 2/18/2026 – End: 5/16/2026)
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Orientation Dates:  2/18

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry or acute care nursing jobs
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment

Nursing Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings; respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and families for coordinated patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
