Travel Nursing Job Details

• Job Title: Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment
• Location: Boston, MA 02215 (Massachusetts nursing jobs)
• Facility Setting: Ambulatory GI Unit – East
• Assignment Type: Travel RN Contract
• Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 2/16/2026 – End: 5/16/2026)
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts (7:30am – 6:00pm)
• Hours: 40 hours per week, guaranteed 72 hours biweekly
• Schedule: No weekends, no holidays, no on-call
• Employment Type: W2 Travel Nursing Contract

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of recent Endoscopy RN experience (GI nursing experience preferred)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Procedural tech experience in general GI procedures (colonoscopy, EGD, dilations, etc.)
• IV insertion skills required
• Moderate sedation experience is a plus
• CPR certification required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers)
• Must not have worked at facility in any capacity within the last six months
• All time-off requests must be submitted with your application

Endoscopy RN Responsibilities

• Assist with and monitor patients during GI procedures, including colonoscopies, EGDs, and dilations
• Provide moderate sedation and monitor patient response throughout endoscopy procedures
• Perform IV insertions and manage patient preparation and recovery
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and procedural techs to deliver safe, effective clinical support
• Maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols in the healthcare setting
• Deliver compassionate patient care and education to patients and families

Additional Information: Weekly orientation held on Mondays. Parking available (may cost up to $43/day). All time-off requests must be submitted with your application.
