• Position: Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis / Dialysis Nurse

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (varies depending on need)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2130 - $2250

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Montana or compact state (required)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience; dialysis experience, hemodialysis, or ESRD care preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Must be a travel nurse from outside a 250-mile radius of Havre, MT (in-state applicants must meet this requirement)
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, and patient care skills relevant to dialysis nursing

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients receiving dialysis treatments in the outpatient Dialysis Unit
• Provide hemodialysis nursing care, monitor dialysis treatments, and support patients with ESRD
• Serve as a clinical resource for dialysis patients and interdisciplinary healthcare staff
• Deliver age-appropriate, patient-centered care and education to dialysis patients
• Collaborate with nephrology providers and the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, uphold infection control and patient safety standards
