Healthcare Job Details

• Location: Atlanta, GA (30342) – Georgia healthcare jobs
• Facility: State-of-the-art women's imaging center
• Assignment Length: 13-week travel contract
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday (10:00am – 6:30pm)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1910 - $2050 per week

Mammography Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Mammography or Radiologic Technology
• Current ARRT (Mammography) certification required
• Active BLS certification
• Competency in stereotactic biopsy and/or ability to perform mammography quality control (QC)
• Proficient in all mammography studies, including needle localization and ductograms
• Ability to work autonomously with indirect supervision
• No local candidates within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality mammography exams, including screening and diagnostic procedures
• Conduct specialized imaging procedures: needle localization, ductograms, stereotactic biopsies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare quality control standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient medical records
• Support a compassionate and positive environment for patients
