Job Details (Travel Healthcare Contract)

Job Title: Mammography Technologist (Rad Tech) – Travel Contract
Location: Lafayette, IN 47905 (Indiana healthcare job)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,030–$2,190
Setting: Breast Center (outpatient patients)
Contract Dates: 02/23/2026 – 05/25/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shift Duration: 8-hour days
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
Weekends: Optional (opportunity for one Saturday per month)
Float: No floating required
EMR: Epic
Equipment: Hologic Mammography

Job Requirements (Mammography Tech Qualifications)

Experience: 2+ years of recent mammography technologist experience
Certification: ARRT (Mammography) required
License: Active ISDH Tech License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Clinical Skills: Proficient in screening mammography procedures
Preferred: Experience with Hologic equipment; breast ultrasound and/or diagnostic breast imaging experience

Key Responsibilities (Mammography)

Perform high-quality screening mammography exams for outpatient patients
Maintain image quality standards and follow established protocols and regulatory guidelines
Work within an Epic (EMR) environment
Collaborate with the mammography team to support efficient patient flow and timely exams
Support department needs as appropriate, including flexibility to assist with coverage when staffing changes occur
