  • Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Management (Travel Contract)
  • Location: Plymouth, MA 02360 (on-site/community-based home visits and facility visits)
  • Start Date: 03/09/2026
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks (through 06/06/2026)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Shift Duration: 8-hour days
  • Hours: 40 hours/week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed; guaranteed hours exclude any on-call time worked)
  • Estimated Weekly Pay Range: $2,250–$2,370
  • Travel Expectations: Typically 30–50 miles/day

Hospice Nurse (RN) Requirements

  • Experience: Experienced Hospice RN (required)
  • License: Active Massachusetts RN license (required at time of submission)
  • Certification: BLS
  • Submission Requirement: Facility coversheet required at time of submission
  • Pre-Start Requirement: Flu shot required prior to start
  • Prior Employment Eligibility: Travelers who have worked for the facility/health system as travel, permanent, or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted (must be separated for 6 months)
  • Core Skills: Routine hospice visits in patient homes and facility settings; ability to complete approximately 4–5 visits per day
  • Mobility: Ability to complete multiple daily visits and drive throughout the service area
  • Travel Eligibility: No local travelers accepted (candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility/service area)
