Radiology Technologist Job Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year of recent Radiologic Technologist / X-ray Tech experience preferred
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Certification: ARRT Radiography (R) or current Colorado Limited Scope Operator (LSO) registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Certification: BLS (may be obtained upon hire)
• Preferred: Additional modality experience/registration (e.g., CT, MRI, Diagnostic, Dexa, Vascular)
• Preferred: Epic EMR experience
• Preferred: Bilingual Spanish

Responsibilities (X-Ray / Diagnostic Imaging)

• Perform diagnostic radiographic (X-ray) examinations following established protocols and department guidelines
• Prepare and position patients to obtain optimal images and provide clear communication throughout the exam
• Verify imaging orders, patient identification, and relevant clinical history to support accurate diagnostic imaging
• Operate radiographic equipment to obtain required images
• Document procedures in the EMR and communicate effectively with radiologists and providers
