Job Requirements (Telemetry RN)

• Experience: 2+ years of Registered Nurse experience
• License/Certification: RN
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Availability: Ability to work scheduled 12-hour night shifts for the full contract duration
• Eligibility (Local Distance Requirement): This travel assignment is intended for non-local candidates; applicants living within 100 miles may not be eligible (candidates 50+ miles away may be considered per facility guidelines).

Responsibilities (Travel Registered Nurse)

• Provide safe, professional nursing care in accordance with facility policies, scope of practice, and provider orders.
• Perform patient assessments, document findings, and communicate changes in patient status to the appropriate care team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document care delivered in a timely, accurate manner.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care needs throughout the shift.
• Support unit workflow and handoff communication to promote continuity of care on night shift.
