- Location: Ann Arbor, MI 48109
- Healthcare Setting: Level IV NICU (59 beds) at a top regional referral center
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (March 23, 2026 – June 22, 2026)
- Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 – 07:30)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2250-$2370/week
- Employment Type: Travel nursing contract

NICU RN Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent NICU Registered Nurse experience; PICU experience required
- Active Michigan RN license (required at time of submission)
- Certifications: NRP, BLS, PALS (must be obtained prior to start date)
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred
- Trauma Level I nursing experience required
- At least 2 professional references (one supervisory)
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
- Ability to attend onsite orientation
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, family-centered nursing care to neonates and infants with complex medical and surgical needs
- Attend high-risk deliveries and deliver advanced neonatal resuscitation and stabilization
- Float to PICU as needed for clinical support
- Perform specialized NICU procedures: IV starts, ECMO, high frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, therapeutic hypothermia
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate and support families throughout hospitalization and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
