• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 per week

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Maine license or compact RN license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience (Med-Surg RN)
• Excellent assessment, clinical judgment, communication, computer, and documentation skills
• Ability to function independently and respond efficiently in emergency situations (critical thinking, rapid response)
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting the mission, vision, and values of the organization

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient- and family-centered care in the Med/Surg unit (medical-surgical patient care)
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans (clinical assessment, care planning)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes (team-based care, RN collaboration)
• Document patient care accurately and promptly using electronic medical records (EMR) and maintain clear clinical documentation
• Act rapidly and efficiently in emergency situations and support unit safety initiatives
• Uphold high standards of patient confidentiality and professional ethics
